This morning we are in Titusville, FL, at a nice county park campground here (map). Apparently, one can watch shuttle launches (should there ever be any...) right from the campground. Today we are heading over to the Kennedy Space Center.

Now that we are in "snowbird" country, the campgrounds are mostly full. It becomes harder every night to find a nice place to stay. Of course, the Florida coast is so popular that most cities have enacted ordinances prohibiting overnight stays in parking lots, which is often our "backup plan."

Yesterday we saw Daytona Beach. Lots of hurricane damagaged buildings being repaired there. Someday we will return during bike week. One can drive right on the beach there, but we chose not to risk getting Odyssey stuck in the sand . Would have made a nice photo, though...
