While we were on relief efforts in Louisiana, Pennsylvania and Virginia, this is where we called to get advice, support, and information. Ed, seen here on Sean's right, is usually on the other end of the phone line, the calm voice in the storm. Calling the DOC was a big deal for newbies like us, but now that we have helped out there it feels more like just chatting with old friends.
