Monday Miscellany: Tours?

I am putting together several short video tours of Odyssey. Is there something in particular you've always been curious to see? Put special tour requests in the comments and George will make sure they get included.

Thank you for your suggestions. I think I covered everything except the Keeping Records one. As for that, well, you're reading our record! We truly use the blog more for our own memory management than anything else.
