Our charming boondock in west Texas. It was dark and relatively quiet, so no complaints. The Christmas wreath lights up, but we stayed dark and stealthy last night.

  1. First of all, the journal of your time onsite with the RC was terrific. I could easily understand your perceptions of 'geek heaven'. :)

    OK. Now.
I've been wanting to tell you this for a long time and since you're in Texas I wanted you to know you're fitting in just a little too well...

    Ready?
Go to a fabric store and get a dang 3'x6' piece of black velvet and cover Odyssey's dashboard when you take a photo of her front! She's much too svelte to give the impression of junkyard dog.

I know, I know - it's your reference library and all, but it looks like a hard-driven dumptruck with all that cr*p up there!

I say this with the kindest regards...:)

  2. Nice, really nice. We let you into our life everyday, and this is the thanks we get: decorating criticism?!?

Don't think you can sweeten the blow by dipping it in "kindest regards." It is anti-dumptruckism and I won't tolerate it, you, you...bus bigot.

That's it, 8wheels, you are SO off the Christmas party list. ;-)
